Shipping policy
The order preparation time is 48 hours for most of the products in the shop. If it takes longer, this is indicated on the product page.
For orders paid by bank transfer, the shipping time may be longer. It depends on the processing time of the banks. The order is shipped once payment is received.

Customs Duties and Local Taxes
Customs duties or local taxes may be applied by authorities upon receipt of the package for orders shipped outside the European Union.
For applicable countries (DOM, Switzerland, UK), the carrier is responsible for applying the customs clearance regulations in force. This means that the user may be contacted by the carrier to pay the customs tax before delivery of the package.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are entirely at their expense.
